The Computational Biology Program at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (
www.cbio.mskcc.org) is seeking innovative investigators for tenure-track positions at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Member level. Pursue basic research, solve biological problems with major emphasis on computational methods, and build active bridges to experimental and clinical research. Participate in an innovative expansion of research programs at one of the best clinical-scientific institutions in the world. Work in Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center's new Zuckerman Research Center, on Manhattan's Upper East Side, in close proximity to Rockefeller University and the Cornell Weill Medical College. Train graduate students in the
Gerstner Sloan-Kettering Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, the
Weill Graduate School of Medical Sciences of Cornell University and in tri-institutional graduate programs.
Areas of special interest include chemical biology, physiology, developmental biology, neurobiology, genetics and cancer biology. Applicants should have a doctoral-level degree and the potential to develop an independent, interdisciplinary research program. IMPACT Format for List of Publications
The IMPACT format is simply the standard format for journal references, supplemented by information on:
- The author's personal contribution to the paper
- An impact number for the paper (not the journal), such as the ISI (Thomson) or Google Scholar number of citations to the paper since its publication, the number of downloads, or both.
