Cancers in children originate in the cells that grow to form blood, nerve, muscle, and bone. Leukemias, brain tumors, and other nervous system tumors, lymphomas, bone cancers, soft tissue sarcomas, kidney cancers, eye cancers, and adrenal gland cancers are the most common.
