By providing patient services in this midtown- Manhattan location, the facility accommodates both commuting outpatients, who take advantage of the easy access and convenient nearby parking facilities, and patients coming from outside the New York area, who can seek treatment while residing at the Marriott Courtyard hotel which is around the corner at 866 Third Avenue.
This facility includes a 190,000-square-foot ambulatory-care center, with 95 percent of the facility dedicated to direct patient care, including multidisciplinary physician practice suites and treatment spaces, organized by disease teams.
