Information and Referral through LifeCare®

Memorial Sloan-Kettering contracts with LifeCare®, a comprehensive resource and referral service, to provide valuable information when you need it on a wide range of work/life issues, including: child care, prenatal care, adoption, special needs, schools, health and wellness, elder care, discounts on purchases and activities, moving, mortgages, home improvement, and pet care.

LifeCare®'s services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be accessed both by telephone and Internet for employees.

Arrangements can be made for incoming employees to have access to their services through your department coordinator.

Employee Assistance Program Consortium (EAPC)

Memorial Sloan-Kettering provides an Employee Assistance Program Consortium to help staff deal with personal or work-related problems that can sometimes interfere with work and life. EAPC services are professional, confidential, and free to staff and their dependents. Services include short-term counseling, crisis intervention and referral to resources that can help with problems such as stress, depression, anxiety, loss, relationship and family issues, alcohol and substance abuse, legal, financial and health concerns.
