The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs organizes bi-monthly orientation meetings for incoming postdoctoral researchers. The goal of these sessions is to help ease the transition into the academic life of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

Over lunch, attendees hear presentations from key administrators about the academic environment and resources at the Center, services provided by the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs, key procedures and policies, details about our Core Facilities, and information about the benefits and services provided by our Human Resources Work/Life Office.

In addition, fellows meet Postdoctoral Researchers who serve on our postdoc advisory groups. These individuals provide personal and professional tips on ways to integrate into life at Memorial Sloan-Kettering as well as enjoy and explore NYC.

New and established postdocs are welcome to attend. If you are interested in participating in an upcoming orientation, please contact Denise Cruz in the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs or register online.
